Cancellation Policy

Here at Let's go diving, we try to do our utmost to offer the best personalized service possible. For your divings, snorkelings, island tours we organize our schedule according to your wishes and exclusively reserve boat space, guides and instructors for you. We might have to turn down other guests in order to guarantee you a comfortable group size or special dive site requests. Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. Depending on when you make the cancellation or change, the following cancellation fee will apply for all dives and tours.

• 4 days or more to the scheduled dive or tour:
• - Full Refund
• 3 days or less to the scheduled dive or tour:
• - 50% refund of Dive Guiding, Snorkeling Tour, and Island Tour (No charge for Rental Gear)
• - 0% refund of Boat Fee
• 24 hours or less to the scheduled dive or tour:
• - 0% refund of Dive Guiding, Boat Fee, Snorkeling Tour, and Island Tour (No charge for Rental Gear)

Holiday Cancellation Policy (April, May, July, August, December and January)

• 8 days or more to the scheduled dive or tour:
• - Full Refund
• 7 days or less to the scheduled dive or tour:
• - Full Refund of Dive Guiding, Snorkeling Tour, and Island Tour
• - 0% refund of Boat Fee
• 3 days or less to the scheduled dive or tour:
• - 50% refund of Dive Guiding, Snorkeling Tour, and Island Tour (No charge for Rental Gear)
• - 0% refund of Boat Fee
• 24 hours or less to the scheduled dive or tour:
• - 0% refund of Dive Guiding, Boat Fee, Snorkeling Tour, and Island Tour (No charge for Rental Gear)
